BIG CAT GOALKEEPING is a goalkeeping specific organization designed to benefit goalkeepers from all ages and levels.

Our Founder and Director of Coaching, Neil Thompson, has coached at the U-19 National Team Level, NCAA Division 1 level,  Developmental Academy (D.A.) level and MLS franchise, Los Angeles Football Club also known as LAFC.

Thompson who started working within a professional soccer system at age 16 and as a former professional goalkeeper for Carlisle United, Barnet and Hull City (England). Thompson has also got U.E.F.A cup experiences to his credentials as he represented Llanelli AFC in Sweden against Allsvenskan team Gelfe IF. (Swedish premier division).

It is with his experience and knowledge of the Goalkeeping position and experience that goes into the development of BIG CAT GOALKEEPING, a nationwide brand that delivers premier coaching, instruction, development and products.  From the elite and experienced goalkeeper to the beginning youth and future great goalkeepers, Neil "BIG CAT" Thompson brings an extensive development instruction and product for each goalkeeper skill level. 

Neil Thompson brings an enthusiasm, confidence and attitude to everything goalkeeping.  His catchphrase "LET'S SMASH IT" is often preached to his goalkeepers in camps, clinics and social media.  

BIG CAT GOALKEEPING is here to provide great developmental and technical coaching at the Goalkeeper position, education and instructions of the position, mentorships on your Goalkeeping journey from Club to Professional or College levels, and quality goalkeeping gloves designed by Neil Thompson, BIG CAT GOALKEEPING apparel and gear.  

Thompson and his BIG CAT GOALKEEPING staff direct goalkeeping specific programs for clubs around the U.S. and conduct camps across North America and Europe.
